Refund & Return Policy

At VAYL, every piece is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review sizing guides carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us at vayl.world@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll take care of it.

Lost packages: If your order is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately and we'll send the correct one at no charge.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has likely begun and cancellations are no longer possible.
